O’Riain Painting Contractors is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our employees, our clients and the public.
All employees, at a minimum, are qualified in manual handling and have obtained a safe pass card. Ongoing training includes, Work at Height Training ( MEWP ) Basic scaffolding Certification, Abrasive Wheel Training and First Aid.
All of our Health and Safety policies are communicated through our site supervisors and Foremen, to ensure all staff have a safe working environment, reducing the risk off workplace accidents.
O’Riain Painting Contractors pride ourselves on vigilance and have a low tolerance for non- compliance, from all employees. Our training policy ensures continual competence, and correct practices are adhered to. Safety inductions are completed, before commencing any works on site, with regular quality checks throughout the duration of the project. We provide adequate resources to ensure that proper provision can be made for health and safety.
We facilitate all employees with training, instruction and supervision as is necessary, to ensure their safety and the health and safety of others around them.
We maintain all machinery and equipment, to ensure it’s of a standard that is safe to use without risk.
We ensure safe and healthy working conditions and review our policies, as necessary at regular intervals.
