About This Project

Clongowes Wood College underwent a complete refurbishment. Included in this was the dormitories, which date back to 1929. The dormitories are divided into wooden cubicles, each measuring 10ft x 6ft, with their own bed, wardrobe, window and sink.

O’Riain Painting Contractors completed three dormitories, spanning two floors in three phases. We undertook the restoration of all the intricately designed wood to its former charm, using modern, environmentally friendly products.

Walls and ceilings were painted vibrant colours, to create a happy and peaceful environment for the students. Anti mould coating was used in all bathroom areas. Office area redecorated.
