About This Project

This impressive building comprises of 8 floors, including a basement carpark, 6 floors and a penthouse with terrace.

O’Riain Painting Contractors delivered an exceedingly high standard finish, throughout all floors. This project achieved BCAR certification and has achieved LEED 4 Gold.
